To migrate sites without plugins you have download wp-content,wp-config and sql file.

 

1: Login to your cPanel account

2: Click File manager

 

3: Click public html

 

4:Select wp-content and wp-config, On left top corner click Compress you will get pop up box like the image provided.

     

 

5: Then download wp-content zip file

 

6: To download SQL click php myadmin

 

7: Click your corresponding site sql like the image provided

8: Then click export
